Ted Bach

Ted is a Director and senior technology leader with 25+ years of experience directing large global teams in enterprise engineering and architecture. 

Prior to joining Accordion, Ted was a Director at FCM, where he provided technology expertise and program guidance to help private equity portfolio companies drive efficiency and build highly productive Technology teams. Before his time at FCM, Ted spent 15 years as a technology leader at NIQ and its parent company Nielsen, culminating in several Senior VP roles. He oversaw key offshore strategies, including building development centers in Spain and India. Ted also managed major elements of NIQ’s cloud transformation strategy and led agile transformation initiatives in partnership with the Product and Commercial organizations. Earlier, he delivered $15M+ in productivity through reorganization, location optimization, strategic architecture decision-making and the modernization of legacy systems. Prior to his time at NIQ/Nielsen, Ted worked for Hewitt Associates (outsourcing provider) and Hyperion Solutions (technology firm), where he focused on new product development and deployment in the data warehousing and business intelligence domains.

Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in operations management and information systems from Northern Illinois University.
